TASTE THEATER

Theater of Taste is meeting the artisan world within a three-day food and wine festival packed with initiatives on December 8, 9 and 10, 2023: tastings, lectures and dialogues between enthusiasts and winemakers. We chose to transform an entire hamlet into a vital setting within which streets and squares come alive, disused or closed stores for the winter return industriously. Ischia Ponte shows itself through the producers who will enliven it so that it surpasses the usual postcard portrait and the authentic spirit of a humanity rooted in its craft vocation stands out. From the small center at the foot of the Aragonese Castle, the district is transformed into a crossroads of creativity, tradition and innovation.
Theater of Taste wants to be an expression of people who love their land, cherish it and aspire to strengthen their connection with it. We firmly believe confrontation, discussion and mutual engagement are necessary: only in this way can a collective narrative build a community that succeeds in gathering shared values within artisan agriculture and viticulture. Responsibility, respect and a spirit of belonging lead to acting in the same direction, the only way for an area to project itself into the future.
