November, Month of “Wellness”

The City of Ischia’s review of events coordinated by Dr. Alessandra Vuoso, which aims to promote a better quality of life, returns again this year.
“Well-Being” refers not only to taking care of oneself in the psycho-physical aspect, but also to qualifying being in its social and cultural expectations and behaviors. The city government intends to consider among its priorities to improve the welfare model and meet the need for happiness and well-being of citizens.
The review closes on Nov. 28 with an open discussion to be held in the Council Chamber of the City of Ischia on the topic of Wellness Tourism. The purpose of the meeting will be to outline the development of a more health-conscious tourism and socio-environmental wellness, to be promoted even in the off-season.
Also of absolute importance is the partnership with the “Terme di Ischia” which, for the entire month of November, will offer wellness and spa treatments at special conditions for islanders.
